Horrible customer service and truck drivers. One of their truck drivers scuffed my mirror, and dented the front bumper of a BMW suv. No accountability or response from them
My boyfriend made an order from here now 50 days ago. No, I'm serious, he counted. PJ Warehouse simply won't send out the order to us. Every time he calls, no one gets back to him. He bought these special chairs as a gift for everyone that lives here, and now feels terrible and stressed that we all have to deal with eating standing up. My hope is that they show any sort of customer service and make this right. Not only is this poor for them business wise, but it's also just a terrible thing to do to another person.
