Great place to go if you want to be ignored. One staff member looked at me, walked past me, never acknowledged my presence and disappeared. The other one was to busy having a conversation about the weather or something with a preferred customer who already checked out, to answer a question. So I left without buying anything. Will never try to spend money there again. To be fair, it's probably a great place if you don't care about customer service.
I've been to Pizazz Kitchen Store in Great Falls several times because it's truly a great store — they have a beautiful selection and unique items you don't find anywhere else locally. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is consistently lukewarm at best. Staff members offer brief, minimal interactions and then disappear rather than being welcoming or helpful. Especially one gal in particular. Tall blonde. I keep coming to this place because it has a lot of cool things. I buy a lot of gifts for my family and cooking items here but I unfortunately have to stop coming. The ladies that work here are always so grumpy and unapproachable.
Very nice staff. Super helpful. Great products. Look forward to buying from there again.
