I loved how the store on the pizzazz side looked and I would have definitely went there again in the future, if the person at that front counter Kami, had had better customer service when I went in there. She was super nice to the person in front of me but when I went up to purchase an item she had a very sour look on her face enough for me to notice so I won’t be returning there again. Beautiful store though.
Great place to go if you want to be ignored. One staff member looked at me, walked past me, never acknowledged my presence and disappeared. The other one was to busy having a conversation about the weather or something with a preferred customer who already checked out, to answer a question. So I left without buying anything. Will never try to spend money there again. To be fair, it's probably a great place if you don't care about customer service.
I've been to Pizazz Kitchen Store in Great Falls several times because it's truly a great store — they have a beautiful selection and unique items you don't find anywhere else locally. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is consistently lukewarm at best. Staff members offer brief, minimal interactions and then disappear rather than being welcoming or helpful. Especially one gal in particular. Tall blonde.
