Poor Customer service company. Called to get information on their service and Esther stated that she would call back still have not heard from her.
Honest opinion this is a bad owner. My husband was trying to set up a servicing loan with them he spoke to the secretary and she was clueless on what needed to happen. Than he talked to the owner and he was rude. I can say this because I was a witness of the calls.
Owner Jonathan is a very bad person. Not able to take critisisim on his employee Ms. Jimenez when she is the one that dropped the ball fro over a month. When I told him my experience his response was " Did I went to look for you to give me your business?" what kind of business says that just because the customer is upset about an employee not doing as they said they would?
