We rented bikes. They did not have hand brakes, but instead had the "press back on the pedals to stop" feature. The service was efficient and polite, and the person there even came to get our bike that got a flat tire. Helmets are not provided.
The ladies who run this location are amazing and very gracious, they will not let you down. The vehicle rental we got from them was perfect and the process was quick and easy they got us on our way in no time. All of their equipment was in great condition!!! Thank you for all your help. Janete and her daughter were just awesome and truly embodied what I thought the people of Hawaii were.
they are awesome! got us in and out quick and they are super friendly. everything on the north shore is a little more expensive, but it is worth it to be away from town. even after having an accident and totaling the scooter they were amazing to work with and made sure we didn't spend a ton to get repairs done. I go to north shore every year and I will use them again for sure.
I rented a scooter for 2 days and had a blast.
