Bobbi Jo is great at what she does however I won’t be returning. I have been a client for about 2 years however I haven’t visited her clinic for over a year. This week I did & I was charged $278 for a one hour Physio session. I questioned this amount as I’d booked online & the price was significantly less. I was told it’s a new client fee (which I paid on my first visit also) & because I hadn’t visited for over a year. Be very wary. I booked an appointment on their online booking system which clearly stated $98. When I paid I was charged $138 and told that because I hadn't been there for over 12 months I was regarded as a new patient !!! I argued this but was told that EVEN THOUGH THE SYSTEM QUOTED $98, THE HIGHER FEE WOULD APPLY. They said it was because it was more work involved which was absolute rubbish as they had all my details on file and when I arrived for the appointment the receptionist ignored me until she wanted payment. Bobbie is a fantastic physio and person! She managed to make space for me, same day, as a first time client. I was able to bring my 7 month old along in the pram and Bobbie and her lovely receptionist kept him entertained as they worked. This has happened a few times now. Little things like this are a big, big win for busy parents. My partner and I have both had great results from treatment with Bobbie! Highly recommend!
