I cannot recommend Dr James at Pivotal Chinese Medicine highly enough. I went to see him after struggling with a painful injury to my right leg that made walking extremely difficult. I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic, and it all started before I got there. I completed the patient forms online before my appointment, as requested. When I arrived, they asked me to write the same information out again by hand, despite the fact I could barely use my right arm. They said they could not access the online form, even though their own confirmation email repeated back exactly what I had written. Other customers at reception were having the same issue. I've Seen Dr Tam recently for my terrible sciatica. Before the first session I was struggling to put my socks or underwater on without assistance. Had lost alot of my mobility and was in severe constant pain. 3 sessions behind me and I've improved remarkably. to the point where I think I might play golf for the first time in six months. I can't thank him enough for restoring my quality of life. I would recommend seeing Dr Tam to anyone who is suffering from similar.
