Please stay away, all the bad reviews are true. One of the worst companies to do business with. They will give you a run around. Called them for hours back to back about a lumper fee that is $315.00 more than the load price itself. They expect for the carrier to pay for high lumper fees on cheap freight. Worst brokers ever !
My driver missed a del appt while we were hauling water bottles, we asked for a new del appt they said another one cant be made to till next week and then the product will result in a claim .... how water can go bad in warm temperature im not sure , we were told we need to take back the product to shipper due to them not being able to make a new appt "in time" and they were not going to pay for the load at all ...... we ended up taking to the receiver and made the del without appt ourselves and for this they rewarded us with... read more
