Charged me $108 per visit when my copay should have only been $25. I had to stop going because of the price. When I found out they were overcharging me from Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Pivot told me they would take care of it. Its been 2 months since they said they issued a refund, today they said another 2-4 weeks.
Though having to go to physical therapy is not always a place people want to go, i recommend Pivot. Jacob was great and took his time with me and genuinely cared about my concerns. I do not live in the area but do use Pivot closer to home as well. The staff at both are great.
Friendly, caring and well educated stuff helped me prepare for knee surgery and now, post-surgery are helping and inspiring me to recover. We are indeed fortunate to have Pivot in Wyalusing.
