The staff at Pivot physical therapy are very nice, friendly and experienced. They always ask how are you feeling, describe what your feeling. They put a work out plan together for you and walk you through it.
AMAZING STAFF who deserve a 5-star review! Only giving 4-stars because recently the movies were taken away by Pivot Corporate. It might sound odd, but I really enjoyed coming to PT and relaxing with some family friendly movies playing the in background. It felt like a home environment that greatly enhanced my experience, and now that’s changed. This place sucks. They don't have enough people working there. They had to cancel a Friday scheduled appointment because no employee wanted to work the day after Thanksgiving.

I started at Pivot in June for a neck and shoulder pain. Their therapist, Bill and Tripti, were fantastic. My pain level went from 8 - 9 to 5-6 within a week. Within two more weeks I was at 1 - 2 and now 0 pain. Yes, it was hard work on my part but they were the ones that suggested and encouraged me. They worked together and monitored my progress.
