Excellent staff to work with. Dedicated individuals who focus on helping. I had needling treatments that I had never done before with excellent results. Professional, caring and kind. Highly recommend.
Excellent staff support. There knowledge of therapy techniques is off the charts. I have been using the Smithfield branch of Pivot Physical Therapy for two shoulder surgeries and I am feeling better than before the surgeries. Sam and her staff a true professionals and masters of their tradecraft. I would recommend the Smithfield branch of Pivot to my family and friends. Great place and people!
My experience so far has been great. Everyone is very helpful and kind. They are also very informative and try really hard help you feel better.
I'm always ALWAYS happy to come here. I have had the pleasure of seeing Kaitlyn Galloway for pelvic floor PT during my pregnancy. My only wish is that she were at the Franklin location so that I wouldn't have to drive so far but, it's worth the drive. I highly recommend her services for anybody who is trying to keep it together during pregnancy.
