I had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile, made scheduling easy, and truly made me feel like a valued patient. This place has a policy of a $40 fee if you cancel same day. Regardless of whether you are sick or have an emergency. My mother had been coming here and missed one day because she was sick. She had been in the hospital the week before.She called the time they opened to let them know she was still sick. They didn’t care and said it’s company policy and would have to be paid next visit.
