5 stars for Dr Connor and the rest of the staff! He gave me a really good work up and helped me understand so much pre about my pain. (One star for the front desk lady who sits on left her attitude is 🗑️)
I had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile, made scheduling easy, and truly made me feel like a valued patient. This place has a policy of a $40 fee if you cancel same day. Regardless of whether you are sick or have an emergency. My mother had been coming here and missed one day because she was sick. She had been in the hospital the week before.She called the time they opened to let them know she was still sick. They didn’t care and said it’s company policy and would have to be paid next visit. Wonderful people that offer exceptional care from start to finish. I will never trust anywhere else for physical therapy other than pivot. Elizabeth especially is the best at top of the line care but it takes a village and I've worked with other's here as well and have received the same exceptional level of care. I love pivot!
