My mother is a patient here and we cannot recommend this place enough! They have done wonders for her.
I have been receiving physical therapy for half of my life at different facilities for different injuries and Pivot is by far the best location I have received services from. I came to Pivot in January for a work related injury that I endured in July of last year. Jenna is a phenomenal PT and has helped me strengthen my muscles and manage my pain. If you’re dealing with an injury, I definitely recommend coming to Pivot for physical therapy. The team here is great, funny, and very caring. Thanks Jenna and team!
Usually not a fan of "corporate" physical therapy, but Caroline and the rest of the staff at this location are the best! After a hip replacement due to an injury, the thought of finding quality PT that understood my activity level, was daunting, to say the least. PT has never been fun, nor have I looked forward to it, until I became a patient of Pivot in Pittsboro. I enjoy my time there and I actually feel that I am making progress towards my anticipated activity level, thanks to Caroline's expertise!
Updated Review March 2025: I am happy to report that I am back in physical therapy at this Pivot location. Pivot and the insurance company resolved the coverage issue and changes (which affected many people). My original copay has been reinstated and it was honored for all of my visits in January. I missed the month of February, but I am back going strong now. 5 stars to the PTs who work there. 1 star to the company. We built a great relationship at this location, I trusted them, and we made significant progress for my grade 3 ankle sprain. I show up this morning for my regular appointment and now all of a sudden my insurance is not accepted. Supposedly we were allowed to address this in early January but no patients at this location were provided that opportunity and "now the window to address it has closed" .
