What a wonderful place to recover! The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! The bulletin board always had something new regarding trivia and special days of the month! It kept my mind off of my knee replacement. Courtney and Rachel were extremely concerned with my well-being and were very accommodating when it came to scheduling. I had the best experience at Pivot Physical therapy in New Holland. After dealing with pain, numbness and limited range of motion in my shoulder for over 6 months, and seeing multiple doctors (who wanted to do exploratory surgery and pain injections), I decided to try PT. I would give Pivot New Holland 10 stars if I could! I had total knee replacement in May and met with Courtney 2 days post surgery. She was gentle but thorough in beginning my therapy journey. Both Courtney and Rachel were attentive, focused on healing and restoration, always aware that healing affects the entire body. Modifications were made when needed. Rachel and Courtney are wonderful! They are professional, kind and extremely helpful. I feel very much at ease because I know they are so knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I receive excellent one-to-one attention as well support and encouragement in my healing journey.
