Everyone there was very nice and didn't push you to do more than you felt comfortable with. They do need to up there sanitation especially with FLU season coming. Other than that I would recommend them.

Excellent initial meeting this morning, I had a great work out was pleasant I was able to do all of the exercises with a little soreness this afternoon. Looking forward to my next appointment.
