I’m giving this clinic 5 stars largely because of Tyler, Jenn, and Katherine. They are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about the patients. Anytime I’ve had questions, they have always been willing to help and make sure I understand everything. A special shoutout to Katherine for helping with scheduling. I attended physical therapy at Pivot from March 12 through May 28, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I worked with Kei throughout my entire treatment, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, encouraging, and made every session enjoyable. Beyond helping me recover, she genuinely cared about me as a person and was always invested in my progress. She also gives some pretty amazing massages! I’d recommend 1000 times over , everyone here will take great care of you They genuinely care about your end of goal and will do whatever it takes to make sure you reach that goal I couldn’t have asked for a greater group of people and I’ll forever be grateful for them helping me in my recovery journey .

1000% would recommend, they work along each other to make recovery an absolute breeze. As long as you do the work and work along them, recovery is amazing! Definitely deserve raises for going above and beyond, more than I would expect!
