Tyler the Therapist is great! Very creative and keeps things fresh with each visit. Listens to feedback. Easily the best results I’ve ever gotten from PT. Everyone behind the desk is great too, can’t recommend this group enough. UPDATE: I’m back again and as much as I don’t like being injured I’m glad I can come to a place like this. From the front desk to the therapists, PIVOT is the best.
After several visits for my ankle I do not feel like a number and I have been very pleased with the attention during my visit and improvement vs being left alone to do a list of exercises. I do PT so I can have someone look and help correct my body mechanics while doing it. Highly recommend you give them a try.
Plug here for Athletico physical therapy (formerly Pivot), here in Lexington Park. Been seeing Tyler, Phillip and his team on and off between surgeries since January. They know of my love for High Power Rifle, and have been working on very specific things to help me improve my positions and endurance. Yesterday, they really went all out.
