I cannot give enough positive feedback about the entire Haymarket PIVOT PT staff. Every staff member provides EXCELLENT service and care. Laura and Kailey (front desk) are welcoming and helpful. Hadley, Mudrika and Rupinder are all EXCELLENT therapists. Every staff member prioritized my well-being. Pivot Haymarket provides care as it should be - personalized. In a time when excellence and high-quality service are in short supply, I remain grateful for the staff at Pivot Haymarket. Thank you all.

The front office team was courteous and helpful, and all of the therapists were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to the individual needs of their patients. I primarily worked with Hadley Graham for my shoulder and hip injuries. Hadley designed a therapy program tailored specifically to my needs, utilizing various techniques to aid my recovery. For instance, she used cupping therapy to relax my stiff shoulder and arm muscles, followed by heat therapy after my exercises. She also focused on improving my balance, leg ... read more

Each and every time I come to PT, every employee from Laura at the front desk to Rup my PT person, makes me feel welcome and heard. It’s ALWAYS great communication and superb customer service!! They care about their patients and know exactly what my needs are. They do everything and anything to make sure I feel better than when I came in! The most kind staff, including the manager. They take care of your specific needs, since everyone recovers differently. Thankfully my recovery and PT went so smoothly. 10/10 recommend, and I would come back here if I needed PT. Rupinder, Hudley, Mudrika and everyone were so perfect to me, it didn’t feel like any kind of health clinic but with family friends. I didn’t want to miss any appointments, that’s how great it was!

I love Pivot PT! They helped me recover from a bad calf tear that left me unable to run for months. The physical therapists: Hadley, Rup and Mudrika were so kind, patient and knowledgeable and the staff was friendly from my first phone call on. Highly recommend
