If you need PT, this is the place to go! I’ve come for two different issues. 2 years ago for back issues. Quiana guided me through the proper exercises at the center and sent me home with exercises to do. I haven’t had back pain since. Recently, I returned for rehab for a broken leg. Again, Quiana is taking me through the drills to regain strength, balance and stability. She knows her stuff and gives you what you need to get back on track.
