Absolutely phenomenal experience with Krystal and Gabbie! I came in for treatment for my frozen shoulder, and they both made such a huge difference in my recovery and mobility. They are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely fun to talk with, which made every appointment something I actually looked forward to each week. Order for PT resulted in a week of unanswered calls and a text. After my wife continued to suffer from a very painful back, someone at Pivot finally answered and asserted that there was no order. That was incorrect, but answering a phone call earlier in the week would have been courteous and helpful. Getting P T elsewhere.

The staff is great, but the facility is not. I have a fear of falling, thus my appointment here. But despite my handicap sticker, I don't see a handicap spot. Okay, so I go to the end of the walkway. It's blocked. I finally call the facility for help, and they send out a very kind technician, who supports my walking and gets me into the clinic. On the way, I finally see the handicap ramp, which is hidden by the parked cars. A staff member acknowledged that was a problem, and that the builders were "barely up to code." I need... read more
