My therapist was great. She really helped my neck and shoulder pain. The exercises she had me doing really helped strengthen the area. I would highly recommend Pivot PT.
Kim is a fantastic physical therapist!! I always felt heard, safe, and welcome. The staff here really know what they’re doing and have the knowledge to help with all sorts of different problems. Cannot recommend this place enough! Even when my pain suddenly came back, they immediately shifted my fitness plan to help and gave advice on how to help make progress while being mindful of where my body is at.
I have had the best experience at Pivot in Garner NC. My therapist Grace is the best she is very kind, patient, she knows her job and does it well.
