The staff is great, but the facility is not. I have a fear of falling, thus my appointment here. But despite my handicap sticker, I don't see a handicap spot. Okay, so I go to the end of the walkway. It's blocked. I finally call the facility for help, and they send out a very kind technician, who supports my walking and gets me into the clinic. On the way, I finally see the handicap ramp, which is hidden by the parked cars. A staff member acknowledged that was a problem, and that the builders were "barely up to code." I need... read more
My therapist was great. She really helped my neck and shoulder pain. The exercises she had me doing really helped strengthen the area. I would highly recommend Pivot PT.
Kim is a fantastic physical therapist!! I always felt heard, safe, and welcome. The staff here really know what they’re doing and have the knowledge to help with all sorts of different problems. Cannot recommend this place enough! Even when my pain suddenly came back, they immediately shifted my fitness plan to help and gave advice on how to help make progress while being mindful of where my body is at.
