Where do I start. When I first walked into Pivot i was greeted with a smile and welcoming environment. The team made my trauma and pain their priority. I could barely walk when I got first got here But Jeremy and the team took me in and got me back on my feet and in a better space then i was prior to coming to Pivot. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a quick recovery from the exercises they gave me. They give you step by step exercises to do at home as well. I was sad when my therapy sessions were over. They are great!
Super helpful fitting me in with my busy schedule. Friendly and easy going therapists.
I have been coming here for years, for various body parts. In the past, I have actually enjoyed the atmosphere. Music is played, riddles are posted on a grease board, and witty banter fills the air. It has all served to keep my mind off the exercises. However, there is a new therapist in charge, and the whole vibe has changed. The therapy itself is still effective. It just feels like more of a chore to go now.
Made fun of my friends daughter who has a disease that fundamentally effects her life and was told by her physical therapist that physical therapy was a waste of the therapists time and her time and that she shouldn't come again until she is more physically fit.
