This is my 1st experience with phyiscal therapy and I could not be more pleased. I received a comprehensive health assessment and treatment plan. The clinical director and her team are compassionate and careful with my treatment. I am already seeing progress and starting to feel beter. I highly recommended Pivot Physical Therapy.
Refuses to give medical records. They send you to a money grubbing company called provider flow, who wants to take money for the treatment you already got. Very bad. They try to bill your attorney too (which money comes out of your pocket at the end of the case). Just money grubbing, and wrong. Medical records arent supposed to be a profit center! Shame on you.
