Thanks to a great team, in particular Tanaz, for looking after my wife. Nice to see customer focus.
Had a few sessions with Ms. Falahatpour and she is very professional and nice but actual therapy was not effective. I had therapy in other locations and they put oil and massage the area and treat it physically. She only recommended exercise and press a little bit over the shirt. Didn't have any affect. There were other people not happy I overheard. Don't recommend this location. Also, their cancelation policy is very strict. Be careful
I went to Pivot Physical Therapy (South Riding) for a pretty bad calf strain while running, and I’m glad I did. Tanaz helped me recover over about 5 weeks, using progressive exercises that kept me from losing strength while I healed. The team is great at managing schedules, and they give you helpful exercises to do at home. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend them!
Worked with Steve. He was terriffic to work with. He would first explain the physiolgy of the exercise and make adaptions to fit my situation. Had good results, continous improvement. The home exercise program seems to be working. Easy to make appointments to fit my schedule. Highly recommend.
Great place for physical therapy. The staff work to taylor my program to my individual needs. Staff was very accommodating to my schedule and extremely knowledgeable about the human body. Highly highly recommend Pivot PT.
