Everyone has been amazing! Diane at the front desk is a dynamo! All the therapists have been great. Jules, Nicky, Ashley, Kelsey, Almudena, and John have all been so helpful and supportive! Thank you guys!!!
The staff is very attentive and work with you one on one. I saw improvement in my strength. Would highly recommend Pivot in Aston.
I just wanted to thank the wonderful ladies at this location for helping with a back injury. I could barely walk and moving was hard in the beginning. Jules, Nikki, Ash, Kelsey, and Abudina have not only helped me recover but they all were flexible with my schedule and needs. I can’t thank everyone enough! I can finally go walking my favorite trail after nearly two and an half months and go back to the gym again! Pivot PT has been an amazing experience and success! Jules, my PT Therapist, along with ALL the staff with Diane at front desk are phenomenal! Once you walk through the door it’s as if you enter another time where everyone is friendly, helpful, kind, patient and so very supportive!
