Lucas at Pivot Therapy was wonderful in helping me manage and reduce my knee pain. I'm 67 years old and I had chronic knee pain due to arthritis and several falls. When I started therapy, my pain level was a 7-8 on a 1-10 pain scale (with 10 being the worst pain experienced). Lucas listened closely and designed a treatment plan to meet my needs. I would recommend Pivot Alexandria-Beacon Hill for physical therapy. I went for about 4 months earlier this year and was really pleased with the results. The pain in my knee & hip is gone and I feel stronger than when I first started treatment. My therapist was Lucas and he was great! I did train occasionally with 2 other therapists if Lucas was not available and I felt the entire team there was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
