I would recommend Pivot Alexandria-Beacon Hill for physical therapy. I went for about 4 months earlier this year and was really pleased with the results. The pain in my knee & hip is gone and I feel stronger than when I first started treatment. My therapist was Lucas and he was great! I did train occasionally with 2 other therapists if Lucas was not available and I felt the entire team there was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Partnering with my physical therapist transformed my recovery process, turning uncertainty into measurable strength and renewed athletic confidence. Before my knee surgery, I was on a strong physical conditioning schedule and had just hit my 25% BMI goal. Through in giving information on everything ... condition, how to approach therapy and why they are doing what they're doing. Kept current assessment of needs and motified accordingly Pushed you forward with positive reinforcement and as needed humor. Everyone who worked there was delightful, welcoming, and engaging. Working with Lucas helped sooo much. I can walk up and down stairs now with out pain The home exercises are doable and keep me focused on a continuing recovery.
