As a potential new client, I called Derek at Pivot Acupuncture to inquire about their rates and asked a few other questions regarding my health. Then I mentioned the need for an ASL interpreter. He refused. That is a violation of ADA law. Deaf people have the right to language access and accessible health care. They are in clear violation of the law.
