I found myself needing to reach out the Office of the Treasurer via email and worked with Samantha Brown who is currently the Deputy Treasurer. The urgency expressed by Samantha as well as the follow up was impressive. No one loves paying taxes and heaven knows I seem to pay way more than my share but I really appreciated the level of care that Samantha Brown gave to my issue. Payment system doesn’t seem to work and there’s a convenience fee for using a card to pay. Convenient.
