December, 2023: Their staff were quite nice & helpful. The Pittsford bank 🏦 was clean & festive.
Great customer service, but if you have a day job, the schedule will not fit your needs as they on open Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30 pm. If you lose your ATM card and need money they do not issue cash only checks.
Great Bank but .. the customer service could be better.. Not friendly go out of their way for ya kinda staff...and the Hours are Not convenient I always have to leave work Early to get here before 4:30 close and NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY!!
I have been banking at PFCU for over 20 years. From auto loans to personal loans to credit cards they have always provided very competitive rates. But by far the best part of banking here is the incredible customer service I receive. They have gone above and beyond to help me meet my needs and goals. It's also just really nice to call your bank and speak to the same person you have been for years!
