Gene is an exceptional photographer. I recently asked some of my real estate peers and my manager for a recommendation on a good photographer and Gene was one of the ones recommended by them. Gene takes my photots for most of my listings. With my recent listing, it sat on the market for 4 months with another agent. During those 4 months, only 6 couples came to see the property. When I took the listing over, Gene took the pictures. In 13 days, we had 27 couple through the property. It sold over asking price with mutiples offers! This is a testament that pictures matter!
