My massage with Abby was an amazing experience. She is incredibly intuitive and really takes her time focusing on the areas that need extra attention. She uses a mix of modalities in her practice. Her specialization in orthobionomy truly sets her apart and makes a noticeable difference. The vibroacoustic bed provided deep relaxation and helped create longer-lasting relief. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a thoughtful and effective massage.
Fantastic masseuse, really responds to unique and changing bodywork needs. In addition to going to her myself I hired Abby to provide massages to employees during a company wellness afternoon, which everyone raved about.
Fabulous 2 hour massage experience in a comfortable environment that has changed from the location on maps. Very healing pressure, she will be sure to check in regularly to make sure that the fascia, muscles and tender tendons are all respected. I had a cramp arise in my arch during the massage, and she took time to help that sensation, and also looked into the pressure that triggered the cramping.
Abby is a talented massage therapist. Her space is very welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. I start going to her after my chiropractor recommended I seek out a massage therapist do to extremely tight muscles in my back. After the first appointment I felt better then I ever did going to the chiropractor. Her wide range of techniques and ability to adjust to what is need to work out the problem areas is amazing. I always leaving feeling relaxed and far better then when I went in.
I booked a 90-minute couple's massage class for my boyfriend and I for his Valentines gift. The class was very personalized--Abby did a great job of combining what we wanted to learn with her perceptions of our areas of tension. She even pulled out books to show me the muscular anatomy, so I could understand the muscles that are causing my boyfriend's headaches and how to best find them and work on them.
