Highly recommend, the staff is the best. I am not always the best at banking but Hope helped me understand how to save money on my car interest by refinancing with them after helping me fix my credit and transferring a retirement I left at an old job that I was getting fees on. Im forever grateful for this bank.
Horrible male worker, couldn't even help us with our checks, they wouldn't let me use the bathroom despite their being a bathroom so I had an accident and he screamed at me, kicked me out and locked me and my sister outside, almost made me take my own life, shame on him and I'll never ever return again.
Member for 55 Years. The new staff they hire always knows what to do and all of the staff are very friendy. In Mt. Oliver, and it's always clean.
I've had multiple loans through this bank with rates far below what I've been offered at the dealerships. Their process is a little different than other banks but getting that lower rate is well worth it. All the tellers have been friendly when I go in
