Terrible . Constantly breaking city code instead of walking to a door and knocking like they are supposed to. City code doesn't let you honk to disrupt living spaces, they do it daily. Easy to file in small claims and press charges against if your having issues like me.
I'd give them a Zero if I could. My 6 year old nephew was just left on the side of the road crying. Once his mother was finally able to get ahold of someone she was told the bus driver "doesn't have time" to make sure all the children get to guardians safely. They should be ashamed of themselves and the school district shouldn't be in business with a company that cares so little about the lives of our children.
