Paying in full as soon as they open on Friday won't guarantee your water will be back on before 10PM and they decide that your water will be turned on next Monday. 3 days later. What's the point? Excuse we got: "The guy came but your doorbell wasn't working." So what? The water lock is outside. Note this: If your doorbell doesn't work, you don't get water. If you pay first thing in the morning, you are not guaranteed water. If you want water... "Nah, we'll do it later."

DIRT poor customer service. I have never heard anyone say a good word about them. I only have bad things to say about the way they deal with people.

Horrible Customer Service!! The process to set up Water Service is absolutely ridiculous. I spent 2 days getting the paperwork they requested and having to drive to Santa Clara and San Mateo because they won't except a fax. This is water service, I'm not adopting a child. They don't try to work with you at all. Total cut throat! Very sad to see how the city makes their money. This policy is only in place to make the city money. They offer no assistance to the residence. Deana was very rude and unhelpful.
