I am a long-time customer, however for the last 3 yearsI have had to wait a very long time 30 min + for someone to even come and open up the building. Messed up taxes last year when I left them with him. No longer worth the drive. JUST FOUND OUT PITTS FIRST CHOICE TAX IS NO LONGER HERE, .. I SCHEDULED an appt on line got a text AND email confirmation and business isn't here anymore I
