They were extremely flexible in the timing of my appointment, even though I booked an appt 2 days out last minute. Helped my dad & I pack most of my 1 bedroom apartment into my small sedan & I had so much room left over in my cargo van. Thanks again!!

The crew worked through tight areas and were careful not to damage the furniture. They also were courteous and time sensitive to get the job done as quick as possible. The job price was reasonable, I would recommend and use them again.

MISLED AND OVERCHARGED! I called to make an appointment and specifically stated I needed 2 men for less than an hour. I was told they would reserve me for 2 hours just to be sure but I’d only be charged for what unused. Min would be 1 hour for $99 charge plus $25 for each 15 min over 1 hr. Do to a prior job The two men showed up 3 hours late on the assigned day. They worked hard and loaded my 2 rooms in a U-Haul truck in 45 min. I was then charged for 2 hours. Honestly I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately the experience I had wasn’t…the best. I also reached out via email before I left this review, but I received no reply. To start, the crew was nice, but they were over 40 minutes late to my appointment with no notice until I texted them asking where they were at. The website also said there was no hourly minimum, but when I booked online to move a couch, they told me they wouldn’t come out for a job that was less than an hour. Absolutely fantastic. I was lucky that PittMovers was able to fit me in at the very last minute when All My Sons Moving rescheduled my move without contacting me. By contrast, PittMovers was flexible, helpful, super positive, and extraordinarily efficient. A move that I expected to take about 5 hours only took about 3, one hour of which was just driving from the old place to the new one.
