When scheduling to move piano that is 2 hrs from them. They were very accommodating. Then day of texted then called 15 minutes prior to their stated arrival time. Well guess there was difficulty getting started & would be 2 more hours!! Thank you for the heads up. NOT! Then finally arrived, very friendly , not professional, Not organized!! I use Pitt movers every time, will continue recommending them to anyone needing movers. They are efficient and careful with my belongings, always willing to go the extra mile, even had extra washers and screws for reassembling my furniture!! Worth it every time.

The piano move was completed safely and without incident on load, delivery and unload, all at a very reasonable price. Pick-up time was delayed, but was a non-issue.

They were the only company that would come and move a safe for me without charging me a baseline of over $1500+. Great communication, the guys that came were fast and professional.
