If i could give 0 stars I would. These people are allergic to answering the phone. And dont even get me started on Tracy.
Took me a month to finally get someone after they kept transferring me and all. They are taking $380 every two weeks and said nothing they can do. If I didn’t have other income it would be impossible to make it. Couldn’t imagine how normal people can live with this debt. I will tell you if it becomes too much, you can file bankruptcy and stop the debt to make your rent payment etc. Hopefully nobody has to, but it’s there.
Tracy- WOOOOOOOOW. How does it make you feel that whoever it is that you believe in, will send you straight to hell. People kill themselves for less. Sorry that made you so upset.
Payment arrangement to resolve my debt, sent an email while I was in hospital. Will pay x every paycheck until back on feet. No response. Been paying. They sent a garnishment right before Christmas. Awful people. Guess time to retire
Impossible to get on the phone. I wonder if I stopped paying, might be a better way to reach them?
