Filing a formal complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Failure to communicate, Failure to answer the phone, Failure to respond to emails and Failure to call back when a voicemail is left. If you deal with this law group do the same. If things get to be to much you can file for bankruptcy. This company is filled with nothing but hateful, rude and unprofessional workers who use scare tactics and unlawful Failure to communicate to bully people. Start reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Took me a month to finally get someone after they kept transferring me and all. They are taking $380 every two weeks and said nothing they can do. If I didn’t have other income it would be impossible to make it. Couldn’t imagine how normal people can live with this debt. I will tell you if it becomes too much, you can file bankruptcy and stop the debt to make your rent payment etc. Hopefully nobody has to, but it’s there.
Tracy- WOOOOOOOOW. How does it make you feel that whoever it is that you believe in, will send you straight to hell. People kill themselves for less. Sorry that made you so upset.
