Super nice people and able to answer all my nonsense questions. I attended their women only basics 1 course a while back and it was very nice; laid back and friendly. Yesterday i dropped off my bike for a basics tune up. Chain replacement, cassette replacement, clip in pedals installed and i snagged the last pair of shoes in my size! They discounted majorly off my total! 26 hours later and i picked up my bike today, super fast service.
Had a wheel that broke a spoke, I replaced it, tried to straighten it, wheel was worse after. Not a fan of mechanics at my local larger bike shop so asked around my riding buddies and PMC came up a few times. I drove out there, dropped my wheel off, was flawlessly straight a day later for way cheaper than I was expecting.
Very friendly staff. Had my bike serviced. They were very fair and didn't sell me anything I didn't need.
