THE place to go for senior services snd support. 8-7-2023: Excellent first day of preparing and eating affordable healthy foods, self care and exercising. The two ECU MED SCHOOL students were excellent instructors. The class was fun. 3 more Mondays in August.
There is an excellent paved trail here, as well as a natural trail winding through a pine forest. There is also a magnificent playground located here.
Wonderful staff and activities for my grandparents. Great facility, very clean and well maintained.
