Wonderful staff and activities for my grandparents. Great facility, very clean and well maintained.
If you’re looking for a place, it’s gonna make you feel really good or really bad. This is the place to go. I summoned my car up and drove quite a ways About 30 miles so I could try exercising I need to do it for my health. I paid my money for this class. I could not keep up with the class, but I did do some of the arm exercise exercises for about 30 minutes and then I left and then I waited for the instructor to come out so I can just tell her. Great place to go to workout if you are 55 or older. Wonderful programs all year long.
