Ordered Hartman Parasol in February 2024 to take advantage of low prices, when we came to use it in May, we found it to be faulty. Contacted Sarah, sent her the details of the fault and she arranged for a new replacement to be delivered within the week. Sarah couldn’t be more helpful, excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Pits Pots and Patios, competitive prices and the assurance that you will receive excellent post sales service.

Cannot praise Sarah enough, she went above and beyond to secure our order for us where our local garden centre that we use extensively could not. First class throughout and an amazing shop with quirky items, can't wait to visit again, just wish we lived closer to the shop.
