We were greeted immediately by Ronnie Baca. After explaining to him what we were looking for in a vehicle, he took us to the models he thought we would like. It did not take us long to make our selection. Once inside, the process went quickly, which was great for us, since we had two small grandchildren in tow. The entire process did not take more than 3 hours and we drove away as satisfied customers.

Everyone was very very helpful! Was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I will refer my friends and family to Pitre for their vehicle it chases and needs. Was also the quickest, most hassle-free car buying experience ever!!!

Love the sales team and finance teams at Pitre. Ronnie Baca and Jeremy Banks are first class in saleswhile Hector Salgado in finance is truly top notch. A bit disappointed though that the salesmanager, Wayne Simkins, did not come over to congratulate me on my purchase, since this was the second Terrain I had purchased from Pitre in 3 weeks and he was standing next to Jeremy when we came over to thank Jeremy for his help. Not quite in touch with his customers as Ronnie, Jeremy and Hector are.

Experience was great!! The dealer did everything they could to obtain a vehicle I wanted after the Enclave I test drove was sold the next day. I needed the night to think it over. I was disappointed when I went back to purchase the vehicle and it was sold a few hours earlier. They made every attempt to locate a-like vehicle and were successful

What a wonderful salesman! Jerry Mansfield went the extra mile for us today by letting us look at, sit in and answer a multitude of questions on several different vehicles. After choosing one, the financing process had to have been the most pleasant we have ever experienced. Thank you all for a great experience.

Ryan, Hector, and Jeremy are exceptional. They made us feel comfortable. They were very understanding and especially Ryan he lays tended to our five year old. When someone does that for our child that just makes us feel better, he never made her feel like she was not being listened too she was comfortable with him. Thank you for that

Jimmy and Ben made this transaction enjoyable. In the past, at other dealerships, the best I could have rated my experience would have been "tolerable". I commend your staff for their professionalism, helpfulness and laid back sales approach. Thank you!
