Terrible shipping partner. I don’t know why USPS even trusts them with packages, but I guess it’s not USPS’s problem if it disappears. Their website (PB) says to contact the merchant or retailer for any package or tracking inquiries, which makes zero sense because PB is the one who is transporting it and is responsible for keeping track of it. Sitting in a facility an hour away from me for two days with no updates, and then it takes two days for it to make it an hour to my city, only for them to take their sweet time handing... read more

The absolute worst when it comes to dealing with customer service. The people are nice enough but they're employing people who don't speak english and I've been on the phone 3 days with no results. What is going on?!!! All I'm trying to do is figure out why my payments keep getting rejected and it's taking me 3 days!!!!!! Hours at a time for 3 whole days!!!! And all they can tell me is make a payment on IVR...I even tried that and got a busy signal!!!! Absolutely the worst experience I've had with customer service, ever! Big... read more
Personally I would give them ZERO stars if I could. First of all, shortly after the plandemic (yep, that was not a typo), I called to cancel our lease since we just weren't using our machine much and with business slowing down due to the plandemic, we were trying to cut corners. Well, oh sure, we could cancel the lease but we'd still be responsible for the balance...to the tune of over $800. That was NOT going to happen.
