The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve worked retail and I have never treated any customers the way I was treated. I was a loyal customer until I came in to exchange the shirt for a bigger size, I was then told I left marks on the shirt (I didn’t ever wear it out and there weren’t any visible signs of “marks” or damage) and the little 18 year old girls behind the counter refused to exchange it and kicked me out of the store because they didn’t want to deal with conflict. Store ran by teenagers with no manners. At first i didnt even think they worked there because I walked into the store to them gossiping about sororities and They didnt have the courtesy to greet me or ask if i needed help.
can't say anything about the quality or staff because I couldn't try anything on to know. biggest size they have is large. so, you know. take that as you will.
I stopped by about two weeks ago to grab some jewelry and I was taking a look around at the clothes to see if I could spot something I wanted. Normally I never do because the size options are so limited so this wasn't alarming. After I had got my jewelry, I asked who the owner was and for his card so I could give a suggestion.
