I am autistic and struggle a lot with social anxiety, but my experience here was absolutely wonderful. Every worker was so sweet and seemed genuinely interested in talking to me. I also enjoyed everything being color coded, it made the experience very easy and I didn't feel overwhelmed. There is a pretty good range of prices, so while some things are quite expensive, I was able to find quite a few cheaper options. This is only not a 5 star review for 2 reasons. Great clothes (kinda overpriced) bad service. I emailed them about a return a week ago and never Got a reply. Dont bother contacting them.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve worked retail and I have never treated any customers the way I was treated. I was a loyal customer until I came in to exchange the shirt for a bigger size, I was then told I left marks on the shirt (I didn’t ever wear it out and there weren’t any visible signs of “marks” or damage) and the little 18 year old girls behind the counter refused to exchange it and kicked me out of the store because they didn’t want to deal with conflict.
