Go to the class for the free pack n play...so worth it
didnt remind me of my appointment, lost my benefits with no notice, and have been trying to get them on the phone for 2 weeks now so i can get formula assistance. hopeless. who takes formula from a baby
Two days in a row and no one answers the phone! Ridiculous
Easy to get ahold of easy to deal with on the phone. Wonderfully supportive and encouraging. I was able to do everything for my grandkids over the phone and pick up the WIC card the same day. Inside the building their beautiful paintings. The whole place is very cheery and encouraging. The staff is really really wonderful.
