Ive been a part of PLR since day one. 10 years !!! That alone should tell you something about this business. I have NEVER had an issue and if theres a mistake they will correct it. But understand, they are busy shipping , invoicing etc. They WILL get to you. They have many ways of communicating as well. Items are of good quality and reasonably priced. I dont have an item, and there is alot over the many years, i did not like. Shipping is fast! They work hard to please their buyers/viewers. I highly recommend them !
I’ve been a customer of PLR going on nine years now. You will not find a better place to get everything you need for Horse and Rider.
