Multiple issues with lack of response to correct an invoice. Poor customer service and professionalism. Issue never resolved
I ordered and paid for an outdoor chair in April and then was told it was a pre-order. I was told it would arrive in June, and then July, then August, and now I am being told September. When I messaged the Facebook page the person was incredibly rude. She finally refunded my purchase. 5 MONTHS. The person treated me incredibly rudely because I wanted to know where the chair was!
I absolutely love pistol Lilly ranch. They are a wonderful family owned and operated business. They really take care of their customers.
I bought an aztec jacket and it turns outs it’s from SHEIN 🤣.
