I have a dear sweet friend who resides in the Pisgah Villas. I am appalled at the quality of the food that is given to these residents. The food is mostly processed foods that I wouldn't feed to my dogs. Your information shows that you have "Distinctive Dining". These residents are there because they can't prepare meals for themselves. I try to take a meal to my friend at least once a week so that she can get some nutrition. I have a family member that was a patient at this facility and she received excellent care. The nurses and CNA's were very thorough and everyone made her feel comfortable her entire stay
