Knowledgeable team, prompt, responsive, accurate. We’re very pleased with Tracy and her team.
This is a tough one as I really want to like Tracy - she’s a competent tax accountant. Unfortunately, her communication skills are abysmal, and she doesn’t seem capable of acknowledging it or how much it matters. Twice now, I have sent my financial information to her well ahead of April and received no confirmation that it was received or that she plans to file it.
