Hey! Scorched earth review, because I am a member of a group of family members who are busy filing multiple complaints with the state of NC. My loved on died within a month of moving there. The staff never return calls or respond to issues. The food is garbage. Would love to actually speak to someone about any of these issues, but no on returns calls ever. STAY AWAY. There are lovely people who work there, but there's no administrative oversight. Chronically understaffed. Corporate. Gross

A few years ago, my grandfather was in Pisgah Valley Rehab after being run over by a tractor. The staff and rehab team took excellent care of him and were able to help him recover enough to return home to his family. Even though he has since passed away, his wife still speaks highly of the great care that Pisgah Valley provided. My grandmother has been there for about 7yrs now and i have'nt regretted my decision ever since. The staff there really look out for my grandmother for me, also I and my immediate family very much appreciate the attention and care that she gets on a daily basis. I do recommend this place for your loved ones on the Rehab unit and long term.

My grandmother spent some time in pisgah for a respite stay. Not only did she enjoy her stay, but came out stronger than she went in. The care and compassion of the staff where excellent. These things along with the fantastic communication of the floor nurses, gave me such peace of mind while being away for a few days. It's not every day you can trust someone with your loved one. But I would bring a loved one for another stay every time if they needed it.
