I called about updating my name on a Will. I was told they do NOTHING regarding wills. That is ridiculous considering this is also a vital service to the underprivileged anticipating few years left to one’s life. The original attorney of the current Will is deceased, as well as my mother, the original owner of the Will. Pisgah just wanted to give me a list of money hungry attorneys. What a shame, but all you Section 8 recipients have it made with Pisgah if you have trouble with your landlords.
NO HELP AT ALL
They only thing they seem to care about are evictions. They won't call back and they won't answer the phone. I have no idea what is even going on. They seem to want to talk to the landlord more than the "client". If you're being harassed, lied to by your landlord, or have had no plumbing for years do to a natural disaster, then go elsewhere. They seem oblivious to some NC laws regarding certain living conditions. It's as if they are helping the scummy landlords rather than the "client". If they've helped you then that's awes... read more
