The receptionist by far is the rudest individual I have encountered to date.. The doctor is also unwilling to allow me to order any contacts other than one brand you put on my prescription… I explained I’ve been wearing contacts for over 20 years. I’ve never had a doctor. I was scheduled for an appointment in June. I called in to change the appointment. I got an appointment for May but then I got a nasty message saying I still had to come in June that the person who changed your appointment had no legal right to change my appointment. I asked for a call back and no one will return my call now when I call my number is blocked and who ever Meredith is needs to be fired , got a rude voicemail from her
i do not recommend — the eye exams and prescriptions are inaccurate. i ordered glasses with the prescription they gave me 3 times and still was incorrect.
Doctor was great! She gave me a wonderful exam.
Had an exam earlier in the year had questions about contacts call to ask to have the doctor to call me back they refuse. All they want. Is you to come in and pay for an exam to ask questions I always been able to have an eye doctor call me back and answer questions definitely would never go back to here. Called one day was told the doctor would call me back called the next morning to ask why the doctor didn’t call me back and was Told the only way I could talk to a doctor was making an appointment that I had to for
