Super nice people! I have been a couple of times over the years and have enjoyed each of my visits.
I should have read the reviews prior. My appointment was fine and the doctor was nice! However, I called for clarification on my prescription after the fact and dealt with incredibly rude individuals on the phone. I will not be returning.
The receptionist by far is the rudest individual I have encountered to date.. The doctor is also unwilling to allow me to order any contacts other than one brand you put on my prescription… I explained I’ve been wearing contacts for over 20 years. I’ve never had a doctor. Tell me I’m not allowed to order different brands. Said I’m only allowed to have one particular kind. I tried to explain right now. I was scheduled for an appointment in June. I called in to change the appointment. I got an appointment for May but then I got a nasty message saying I still had to come in June that the person who changed your appointment had no legal right to change my appointment. I asked for a call back and no one will return my call now when I call my number is blocked and who ever Meredith is needs to be fired , got a rude voicemail from her
i do not recommend — the eye exams and prescriptions are inaccurate. i ordered glasses with the prescription they gave me 3 times and still was incorrect.
