I was scheduled for an appointment in June. I called in to change the appointment. I got an appointment for May but then I got a nasty message saying I still had to come in June that the person who changed your appointment had no legal right to change my appointment. I asked for a call back and no one will return my call now when I call my number is blocked and who ever Meredith is needs to be fired , got a rude voicemail from her
i do not recommend — the eye exams and prescriptions are inaccurate. i ordered glasses with the prescription they gave me 3 times and still was incorrect.
Doctor was great! She gave me a wonderful exam.
Had an exam earlier in the year had questions about contacts call to ask to have the doctor to call me back they refuse. All they want. Is you to come in and pay for an exam to ask questions I always been able to have an eye doctor call me back and answer questions definitely would never go back to here. When I decided I had to do something about the poor eyesight I was experiencing, especially when driving at night, I went to Google and discovered Pisgah Hearing and Vision. I am so fortunate I did. Dr. Reames found serious cataract issues. Rather than recommend a new prescription and set of glasses, she referred me to the eye expert, Dr. Duggan (Wake Forest and Duke grad) at Carolina Opthamology, who surgically removed the cataracts in both eyes and successfully addressed my eyesight issues.
