I recently visited this salon and had a very disappointing experience. I went in for a simple trim and made it clear I didn’t need my hair washed as it was already clean. However, after the trim, the stylist unnecessarily blow-dried my hair—which was already dry—and then charged me extra for it. Spoke with a guy over the phone asked him if I can remove extensions then do a wash a blow dry he said yes then called to make sure they can take a specific type of extension off before I go, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me “am I still asking questions?” as if he didn’t want to hear it and told me this is not the place for me then hung up.
