Food took over 2 hours to arrive I called up they told me it's on its way and hung up on me I called again after a further half hour and they told me it's on its way to be patient even though it had been 2 hours and I still hadn't received my food. We ordered before and it gave us a stomach bug but decided to give it another shot as it used to be nice. I would avoid this place. Horrendous customer service and bad cold food.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a takeaway. The food was of a very poor standard—cold, poorly prepared, and not worth the money. However, what was even more shocking was the way I was treated by the staff. When I raised my concerns, instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was spoken to in a rude and verbally abusive manner. Very disappointing experience. I have asked for extra cook than 100 times, but instead of giving me extra cook, they always give me lesscook . If customers pay for chicken, they should receive what they paid for. This has happened repeatedly, and I’m very unhappy with the service. Please respect your customers’ orders and stop reducing the portion. I can’t recommend this place until they improve.
