Holding $50,000 (remainder of trust) for over a year and a half now for no valid reason. A comment has been made that it's "ONLY" $50,000 which I guess they thought would appease me. Cannot get any cooperation or communication from attorney supposedly handling it. I've contacted the Florida Bar Association at this point to see if they can help resolve the issue. Please read other reviews as well before even contemplating using this firm.
Every person should have estate planning, trust , will! Today we met Attorney Patrick ***** and his team at Apopka office. They explained everything in detail so we could understand the best route to take. Very professional and the cost was very affordable! I urge everyone to contact them and have peace of mind!! We were blessed to find him in the Apopka Chief paper!!! Thank you!!!!
Don't waste your time and energy by going to this lawyer. He is just copy, paste and replace lawyer. He is very impatient to answer any questions or discuss what you need. He don't even know the basics ,which everyone can find just by googling. He gave misinformation and misguided me in my trust creation. I found this in Forbes which describes him exactly!!
